Personalized Embroidery Policies
- All personalized items are final sale.
- All orders will be approved and sign off by the customer.
- Double-check all spelling, characters, etc. Any spelling errors not due to our mistake will not be replaced or refunded.
- Our current turnaround for services are 7 - 10 Days; rush services for an additional fee.
Outside Items
- All items must be dropped off at our Haute City Center Mall storefront location in Terre Haute, IN.
- All outside items must be new, with tags.
- EHC reserves the right to refuse to embroider certain items that may compete directly with our own inventory.
- IMPORTANT: Customer supplied items will not be replaced if there is an embroidery machine malfunction. Items will only be replaced if error is made as a result of operator error.
