All items are designed and embroidered in-house, by us! Due to volume, we do allow for a week turn around on all orders.

All personalized orders are either available for pick up at our storefront location or shipped directly to you!

At this time, we do not except personal items for personalized embroidery. We want to be sure to provide quality embroidery + do so by providing quality blank items to shop from.
Personalized items are non-refundable, all sales final.
Personalization Errors: Please double-check all spelling, characters, etc. Any spelling errors not due to our mistake will not be replaced or refunded.
